Do I have to be a gym rat?
This crowd talks macros, PR's, and rest days unironically. If burpees make you flinch, this might not be your set.
Is a ticket required?
Yes! Space is capped so every round stays balanced. Your ticket covers your first Dirtbag pour, a t-shirt, snacks and a chance at finding love.
How much does it cost?
Each ticket is $30. Proceeds support the Flag to Remember Foundation. You might find love and you're giving back-win-win.
What should I wear?
Come as your gym-adjacent self. Athleisure encouraged, chalk optional, ego at the door.
